1)How to deal with when the APP can't connect the device successfully?
A. Check if the device is normal.
Check the status of the device indicator. The power indicator is on under normal
status, the LINK lights is ashing under no network status.
B. Uninstall the APP and try to install the APP again.
Please authorize the APP to obtain location information and access network
permissions during the installation process.
2) Android phone connection is unstable.
"There are too much SSID around and interfere the Wi-Fi which auto connected
to the feeder. You can select the Wi-Fi manually , enter the mobile Wi-Fi
settings, manually select the Wi-Fi which connect to the device”
3) After set the feeding parameters, the food can not come out from the feeder.
A. Check if the food outlet is blocked, and the ALARM indicator ashes.
B. Check if the motor is jammed by food.
4) How to quickly reconnect the device after it goes ofine.
A. Exit the APP and re-enter, wait for data update.
B. From the feeding interface switch to the video interface, waiting for video
5) APP upgrade.
A. When there have upgrade version, it will prompt when you login. Please
upgrade according to the instructions.
B. To have a better user experience, please upgrade the APP in time to ensure
the stability of the device function.
